Production Rate Card & Fees

Standard Booking Window: Rates are based on a 12-hour day (net to homeowner).

1. Base Day Rates (12-Hour Day)

  • 10 – 15 People: $3,500 / day

  • 16 – 20 People: $4,500 / day

  • 21 – 25 People: $5,500 / day

  • 26 – 35 People: $6,500 / day

  • 36 – 44 People: $8,500 / day

  • 45 – 50 People: $9,000 / day

  • 51 – 60 People: $10,000 / day

  • 65+ People: $12,000 / day

  • Prep & Strike Days: Half rate

  • Weekend Hold Days: Half rate

2. Logistics, Site Rep & Mandatory Fees

  • Cleaning Fee: $475 (Required per booking)

  • HOA Fee (MMPOA): $500 for Day 1 | $250 for each additional day thereafter (Includes prep & strike days.

    Paid directly to Bill Bischoff, MMPOA President)

  • Damage Deposit: 50% (Held by site rep or homeowner; uncashed)

Site Rep & House Manager Rates (Paid directly to Site rep):

  • 12-Hour Day: $600

  • 14-Hour Day: $800

  • Note: Productions with 55+ people require both a Site Rep and House Manager.

3. Operational & Property Fees

  • Family Relocation Allowance: $750 / night

    (Mandatory if call time is before 7:00 AM or wrap extends past 8:00 PM)

  • On-Site Restroom Usage (Septic): $200 per toilet (Max 5 toilets available)

  • Pet Relocation Fee: $100 per animal (For house dog/cats when relocation is needed during shoot; 3 animals total)

  • Pet Talent On-Set: $250 fee for any production bringing featured animals on site.

4. Parking & Off-Site Logistics

  • Gated Driveway: Up to 10 vehicles included inside the private gated driveway. (Note: 12 ft max vertical clearance due to oak tree canopy)

  • Street Parking: Live Oak Circle Drive is a private road—no street parking permitted per HOA and LAFD.

  • Neighboring Driveway Rental: Next-door neighbor Tod Stobie (+1 818-667-5345) often rents his driveway for production trucks and vans. Please negotiate with him directly: (818) 667-5345 stobietod@yahoo.com
