The main house has a 200 Amp main panel, a 100 Amp sub-panel, 12 dedicated weatherproof exterior outlets on the decks, and an automatic transfer switch for backup generator power. We have 1GBPS wifi speeds and Starlink backup Wifi.

The gated driveway accommodates up to 8 to 12 vehicles (with a 13 ft vertical gate clearance limit due to tree branches). Street parking on Live Oak Circle Drive is restricted. Unloading large trucks is permitted. Our next door neighbor offers additional parking for a fee.
